American Honda Motor Co., Inc. brought their V V hybrid to the 1999 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit. It's appearance was very much like the Insight they presented at the 2000 NAIAS. The only obvious changes appearing in the production model were a revised headlight design and the addition of a rear window wiper.
